DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
This contract has been established electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER, whose information is given below, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of social media services (followers, likes, comments, views, live broadcast viewers, etc.) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the Takipciofisi.com website.
3. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
The services offered by the SELLER are digital in nature and consist of digital interactions such as followers, likes, views, comments or broadcast viewers on social media platforms.
4. DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE
Orders are entered into the system within 24 hours after payment approval is received and the service is started.
Delivery is made to the relevant social media account via digital means. There is no physical product shipment.
The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the username and information provided during the order.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for digital content and services performed instantly.
However, for orders that have not yet been processed, the BUYER may request order cancellation and refund.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for orders that have started or completed.
6. RETURN CONDITIONS
Return requests are valid in cases of non-provision of service, technical failure or incomplete delivery.

7. FEE AND PAYMENT
Product prices and payment information are clearly stated on the order page.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer or payment providers.
The service will not be provided until the payment is completed.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES
The BUYER agrees to receive service in accordance with the social media information entered during the order.
The SELLER cannot be held responsible for the algorithm changes or restrictions of third-party social media platforms.
If the BUYER hides his/her account, changes his/her username or deletes his/her account, the service may be interrupted; no refund will be made in such cases.
9. IN CASE OF DISPUTE
The Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the location of the BUYER are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise between the parties.
10. ENFORCEMENT
When the BUYER confirms the order he/she placed via Takipciofisi.com, he/she is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force at the time of approval in the digital environment.
